Tracking your application

Tracking: You can track the progress of your applications by going to "My profile" and then to the "My applications" tab. The status of each application is displayed.

Time to respond to applicants: We reply to anyone who applied for a job. We usually reply by e-mail. Our response times vary. When job offers receive a large number of applications, we cannot inform applicants as quickly as we would like. We apologise for any delay in responding. Please know that your application will never be overlooked. Please note that you can also track the progress of your application in the section « My Applications » of your profile.

Contacting a recruiter: Due to the large number of job offers received, it is not possible to contact our recruiters or the department that posted the job offer. This decision stems from our desire to enable recruitment teams to concentrate on processing applications and giving all candidates an equal chance.
