The Innovation Bootcamp program is driving the Company's transformation.

Talented international individuals from TotalEnergies' divisions spend three months in training at the Innovation Bootcamp. The program aims to harness digital technologies to fast-track the Group's innovative projects for developing its business activities while reducing its environmental footprint.
After becoming innovation ambassadors, employees will pass on their knowledge to others. Close to 60 ambassadors from 27 different countries are striving to disseminate an innovation culture throughout the Company.
